In this work we present a catalogue of nearby galaxies observed in the NIR bands spanning from early to late type morphologies. We have modeled their surface brightness through a two-dimensional photometric decomposition in order to obtain information about structural parameters and explore the general features of galaxies in our sample. Besides, we present some scaling relations between the global properties of galaxies as well as with the SMBH. Also, from a joint analysis between structural parameters, scaling relations and kinematic measurements, we have performed a classification to distinguish between bulges types (classical bulges and pseudobulges) for the objects in our sample.
